  • WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY & REPLACEMENT POLICY?
    We do not offer refunds under ANY circumstances. To counter this, we offer a lifetime guarantee of our products. This means that if you break it, we will replace it. No questions asked. Really, we mean it. That said, we do appreciate a full run down on what happened so that we can correct for error in the design process. We can’t be better if you don’t tell us. So, help us be better and deliver top quality with every product we ship. When making a warranty request, feel free reach out to Don and we will get you taken care of. We ask that you ship the product at your expense to help us afford to keep this program alive. The only exception to this is obvious, very blatant abuse. IE: don’t cut your knife or sword in half with a torch.
  • CAN YOU RESELL/TRADE PRE-ORDERS?
    If you need to get out from under a purchase, you are welcome to advertise in the CARNIVORA COLLECTIVE Facebook group and sell your slot to another individual. We will be happy to transfer the sale into their name. NOTICE: IF YOU ATTEMPT TO MAKE A PROFIT FROM THIS, YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM PURCHASING ANY PRODUCTS FROM CARNIVORA PERIOD.
  • WHAT ARE BEST PRACTICES FOR RESELLING CARNIVORA PRODUCTS?
    We have zero issues with you reselling your CARNIVORA products. In fact, we welcome you to sell them in the CARNIVORA COLLECTIVE Facebook group. This will offer opportunities to your fellow #CARNIVORACOLLECTIVE brothers and sisters to get into a new tool immediately, rather than wait for a pre-order or a website/group product drop. That said, if you sell within the group, we ask you to be reasonable with mark ups. Anything we perceive as price gouging will be met with removal from the group. While we do understand the limited nature of our products, and the subsequent increase in value over time, again, please be reasonable and realistic. CARNIVORA has made the commitment that our products will be as affordable as possible for anyone. That is why we offer in-house layaway plans.
  • WHAT IS YOUR LAYAWAY PROGRAM?
    Carnivora Tools takes pride in offering a no-credit-check, in-house layaway plan that enables customers to acquire their desired knives and tools without stressing personal finances. Customers can freely select from our extensive product lineup from available Carnivora Tools already in the website inventory or pre-order items in production. Our flexible program accommodates options, from 2-month to 12-month payment plan for individuals to tailor payments according to their personal needs. What might make this layaway plan appealing is the ability to stack multiple discounts. Our veteran and active-duty customers can apply discounts, ranging several options, ensuring additional savings. For example, the layaway plan can be combined with special holiday discounts or on limited included runs, providing even better odds of gifting one of our incredible products during the festive holiday seasons. One point we must stress is customers won't receive their selected products until their layaway purchase is paid in full. This policy ensures that all financial commitments are met before items are shipped, promoting a responsible and manageable approach to budgeting, and our continued ability to stay in operation without straining our sustainability. It is likewise important to note that the layaway plan is subject to Carnivora Tools' 4-6 month lead time on any made-to-order purchases that are not currently in our available inventory. This means that customers can still apply for a layaway plan but must still account for the time required for crafting their specialized, customized order. Altogether, we hope this comprehensive approach ensures that customers can enjoy the full array of benefits offered by the Carnivora Tools Layaway Program and receive a top-quality knife or tool as per their request(s). However, customers must be aware that if they fail to make payments for over 90 days without notifying and making any arrangements with Carnivora (such as in the advent of unforeseen, sudden financial hardship) prior payments are forfeit and their purchase returns to our general inventory for open sale. This policy encourages responsible financial planning and timely payments while, again, enabling us to stay in production. Carnivora Tools is dedicated to serving its customers and ensuring they have access to high-quality knives and tools while maintaining financial stability. We hope this program will offer more avenues for existing and potential customers to continue adding (or starting) to their Carnivora collection and still have the ability to meet their financial needs.
  • CAN YOU EXPLAIN HOW YOU HANDLE SHIPPING?
    Shipping is paid for by the customer and is thus their financial responsibility. We are not a large company, and don’t have the leverage to negotiate free shipping the same way folks like Amazon can. If we could, we would. We hate shipping costs here too. We work directly with UPS, USPS, and FEDEX to get the best pricing possible on shipping and hand that savings off to our customers.

    Please contact Don directly for further information. While we do offer a lot of different ways to customize your blades, we can also recommend some excellent specialists in the industry for aftermarket work.
  • WHAT DOES THE ORDERING AND PRODUCTION PROCESS LOOK LIKE?
    CARNIVORA is a research and development outfit. That means that we are constantly churning out new ideas. While many of these immediately go to market, there are plenty looking for sponsors. All it takes is one person to say “I want that” to make an idea become a reality. So how does all this work? First off, there are four different categories of product availability. Concept: This product has not been made into a prototype or gone straight to a small-scale production run yet. This is your opportunity to make a design come to life. By purchasing one from this, it will then unlock the item for future customers. The first person to unlock a concept always get a little extra from Don as a thank you for seeing the value in the idea. You also get to customize it how you want from fit to finish without any upcharges. (Within reason) Made to Order: This is our standard option that allows for a customer to purchase a semi-custom made-to-order product. These are subject to our lead time constraints that can be found on the website. (Currently 4-6 months) They can be customized in many different ways for extra cost. In-Stock: This means the product is CURRENTLY in stock and available for immediate order and shipping. Retired: All our products are limited edition. That means they have a lifespan. The most we will ever make of a particular item is 300. Once the limited-edition threshold has been met, it will never be sold again. The only exception to this rule, is special edition re-releases in unique high-end steels and handle materials.
  • DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
    No. However, as we are a very customer focused company, we will aid you in helping you find another #CARNIVORACOLLECTIVE member to sell your tool or pre-order to.
